Henry’s disabled brother gets to watch the spaghetti sauce for the umpteenth time in Scorcese’s Italian Cooking In 146 Minutes. Oh, and that garlic/razor blade thing is a complete waste of time, culinary-wise. Buy a garlic press if you’re that averse to lumps! Egg noodles in catsup, indeed! Hmph!

Watch out for the bit when the news of Tommy’s whacking reaches Jimmy, who in turn whacks the telephone booth and the prop falls over off camera. Classic De Nero who doesn’t bat an eyelid, where as Ray Liotta waits for a shout of “For fucks sake Bob….Cut” which doesn’t come.
