It also featured Norman Barrett (famous ringmaster) and his budgies – which I remember better! Reply Baz August 16, 2012 at 10:07 am I remember it aswell. I thought it was quite funny. There was a guy in a vest and kilt (little Jimmy?), who just stood there and let them pour buckets of water etc. on him. Reply Chris Mann December 10, 2013 at 3:53 pm I remember his tagline “Right kids?” which drew the standard response – a roar of “right Charlie”. That is, until they went to a venue where kids maybe were slower on the uptake. The response was a half-hearted “Yeah!” I blame comprehensive schools.
