Early 1980s on BBC1

US SEMI-ED kid’s show. Two girls, one boy in a sort of jollied-up loft apartment learn about “stuff”, e.g. making volcano with cardboard, papier-mache and sherbet, or learning about death, decay and grieving for their lost “Crazy Uncle Harry”. Old-school funk/rap theme.

Pop fact: Crap US three-piece The Bloodhound Gang took their name from this show’s drama serial (the gang in question worked for the Bloodhound Detective Agency, run by one James Bloodhound – who never appeared on camera, presumably out of shame about his name).
