TV: T is for...

Telebugs, The

CURIOUS SPRIGHTLY cartoon about three floaty robots with TV sets in their stomachs plus Zudo the evil one, and a little floaty dog thing, who “fought crime” and did stuff. The villains were Bully-Byte, Angel Brain (bat-shaped computer) and a pink mohicaned woman of dubious point. There was also a newspaper editor called Mr. McSpreader. “Go Telesonic!” they said. A Jeremyisque full size of Samantha was a regular on Number 73.

One of them always seemed sort out a problem by doing a few calculations, with a Matrix-style stream of hexadecimal characters showing on their screen.

1985, Hardly early 80’s as your tag says?
If 1984 is the 5th year of the decade how can 85 the 6th year of the decade when this cartoon came out, be early 80s?
Tv cream wierdo’s mid 80’s perhaps?
