YET ANOTHER case of rampant Nesbitism on the part of the BBC classic serials department, this time involving four regulation-issue Posh Victorian Kids who find an egg in an old carpet and, naturally, lob it into the fireplace to grow a mythical bird. Rotten CSO had titular flying rug singularly failing to so much as rustle in the wind.
