Here it’s Ray Kellog, compositing wizard on everything from the supernatural shenanigans of The Robe to Bilko’s exploding milk bottles in The Girl Can’t Help it, reduced to coaching Roscoe P Coltrane in the art of pretending to shoot a Labrador with a false monster head draped over it.
