I remember the heartbreak as a kid of being excited about a new cartoon series coming on the telly and it being rubbish. The Oddball Couple was one of these and seemed to be from the same people who made the equally awful Baggy Pants and The NitWits, who were based on Charlie Chaplin and characters from Rowan And Martin’s Laugh-in . Really shoddy animation too.
