VERY SHODDILY-DEVELOPED cartoon with gang of miniature dogs outwitting “villainous” King Max and comedy jester Shecky. Some kind of sub-Asterixian strength potion as well, although maybe not, as it was shite.

Quite easily ripped off by yours truly as ‘the Skitties’ for a school art project. It did have its uses, you see?

H-B liked to recycle ideas, so I wouldn’t be surprised if some Smurfs storylines were adapted to be used in this series, & the for the Paw Paw Bears later in the 1980s.
