Is it not St Etienne, I was Born on Christmas Day?

That’s Saint Etienne’s ‘Xmas 94’ EP, featuring I Was Born On Christmas Day (with Tim Burgess), Snowplough, Peterloo and My Christmas Prayer.

Is it the brilliant ‘I Was Born on Christmas Day’ by Saint Etienne (featuring Tim Burgess)? The B side, My Christmas Prayer, was even better I reckon.

Suffice to say, you’re all correct. Although it was Xmas 93, Tim, not 94. But there was no cheating here – I published these comments all in one go.

I missed the competition by a day or two but do I get a bonus point for saying that Richard O’Sullivan was in the video playing ‘father of the bride’ in the Crackers-Burgess matrimonial themed promo?

    You certainly do.
