Flambards

ONCE MORE UNTO Edwardian England for another bout of tears’n’trauma drawing room dramatics. Location was crumbling country estate owned by the demented Russell family, to where orphan Christine Parsons get sent, and at where she gets terrorised by mad uncle Russell, sadistic son Mark and lecherous son William. Who also happens to be an aeroplane nut. Much soapyness then abounds courtesy of riding accidents, flying accidents, screaming, burning barns, deaths of most of the major characters (including, notably, CAROL LEADER’s husband) and brothers coming back from the grave.
