We usually decry the updated Basil Rathbone Holmes flicks, with their Nazis and whatnot, but this example of same happens to be rather good regardless. Brutal sheep murders turn into something fouler as Holmes and Watson visit a black magic convention, leading to a showdown with a jealous, murderous former actor who pulls out more ludicrous disguises than even Rathbone can manage. Delightful stuff.
