“Henry’s tail shall be inviolate!” Rock Hudson’s talking about a horse here, lest the raised eyebrow of knowing innuendo seek to unsheathe itself during this lighthearted thriller in which Rock plays a psychiatrist who gets mixed up in international espionage via a patient. Sound familiar? It’s barely two years older than the unarguably fantastic The President’s Analyst (and less than a year ahead of Rock’s delirious turn in the brilliant Seconds), but this is thoroughly old school in its approach. And no less fun for that, of course.
