Proper, West-y Ward-y Batman, obviously, not that ’90s yuck. Romero, Meredith, Gorshin and Merriwether team up to hoover dehydrated UN delegates as only they know how. Noble dolphins, “I’ll be quicker on foot”, sky riddles, “some days you just can’t get rid of a bomb!”, etc. Brilliant. And the question mark at the end leaves it open for a sequel!

The shark explodes when he hits the water after falling off the “Bat Copter’s” rope ladder.
Yeah. No Kidding. That’s powerful stuff that anti-repellent shark……..er, bat anti-shark spray reppl………never mind.

It helps that a lot of personnel from the TV series worked on this, not just in front of the camera either.
The DVD has lots of nice featuretts about both the film & the TV series, which is still caught up in a complex web of rights issuses preventing a DVD release.
