No Pops 77 this week, and we hope BBC4 actually have a plan to catch up with all these Sky at Night gaps and aren’t just going to end up flinging it out every day in December (although that would be ace, actually). In the meantime this got over a million viewers the other Saturday, more than watched the first showing at teatime, though that’s unlikely to be the case in this slot. I agree with what you say about the Sky at Night – it’s on far too late, and I don’t always feel like booting up the computer if there’s something I’ve missed. Patrick Moore is an absolute gem, but one I fear won’t be valued until it’s too late.
